Any cancellation before 28 days of the start date will result in fees being refunded less the enrolment fee. Cancellation
less than 28 days before the start date will result in fees being refunded less the fee for the first 28 days of the course
plus the enrolment fee.
All cancellations as a result of failure to obtain a student visa will be refunded less the enrolment fee.
No fees will be refunded after the commencement date of the student's course,
All applications for a refund of fees must be made in writing. Refunds are payable in 30 days, and are paid directly to the applicant/ bank account from which the original payment was made. Refunds will be paid in the same currency in which the fees were paid, unless payment in that currency is impracticable.
Once the client has started his/her course:
Lessons cannot be cancelled, postponed or curtailed and all fees are due as per original agreement for both tuition and accommodation.
Lessons can be transferred to another person if nominated in writing by the client with at least one week's notice and providing there is no interruption to the programme of lessons. An administrative fee may be charged for creating new visa documentation.
