Getting to the school from the airport
1. Train + Bus + Funicular (most common public transport route)
Train from Zurich Airport to Zug Train Station
Trains run frequently (about every 30–60 min) from Zurich Airport to Zug, taking around 45–60 min.
Bus from Zug Station to Schönegg
Take bus 603 from the Metalli West bus stop toward Schönegg.
Zugerbergbahn Funicular to the Campus
From Schönegg, ride the funicular railway up to Zugerberg (approx. 8 min).
The funicular runs about every 30 minutes during the day.
2. Taxi / Private Transfer
You can take a taxi or private car directly from Zurich Airport to Zugerberg.
The drive normally takes about 45 min to 1 hour depending on traffic.
Some schools offer airport pickup services on request (often arranged for boarding students).
3. Airport Pickup (School‑Assisted)
For international students (especially boarders), the school can arrange an airport pickup from Zurich Airport if requested in advance.
This means a staff member or driver will meet you at the airport and take you directly to school.
